quotes BrigadierBuege ... your ells is a zillion times better than a TR250. Ellsworth is a zillion times better than tranny outsource bike co will ever be. You got a real bike bro... keep shreddin' hard on it... it will never let you down! Ells is up there with Canfield, the OLD Banshee, and the OLD Karpiel in my book. Top shit, made for beating the shit out of, and never failing on you!

quotes lack of reply = winning an argument. IMO tet, I have much more to do than argue with people that don't know about bikes. But if you think the lack of an argument makes you "win" then more power to you. And 38 lb DH bike... WEIGHT WEENIE....! Honestly my Lahar is lighter, but, that is a dedicated race rig. My Tmac is 55lbs and I don't bitch. I see someone talking about weights in the 30's and it absolutely wreaks of pansy. Only reason I ride a Lahar which is in the mid 0's is I got it cheaper than a Canfield Jedi which would have been in the low 40's. And not seeing a water bottle on a frame in years... that just shows you don't really ride long distance... Try doing a 25 mile hike and bike... then talk. And feeling the weight more if it's on the bike, and not you... remember, the higher up the weight, the higher up the center of gravity. A bottle will feel like nothing, but throwing a bottle in your spare pouch in your cback will make you feel like ass... in comparison riding wise. And trust me, the whole does a 20lb bike feel diff with a 150lb rider than a 200lb rider... been there done that, and the answer is yes... it does feel different... in every which way. The whole "most of my laps are quick IMO just prove you have absolutely no ideia what your talking about. Just mentioning a "multi-tool" makes you sound like a tool. They are called allen wrenches bud, and if your one of the guys running a tool with both allen, screw drivers, and a socket attachment, your even more of a tool. Man up and carry a damn socket, a correct allen tool, and a few screwdrivers. Your replies wreak of un-informed noobie, poser. It's even worse when you balk your opinion at people that actually know about things, and ride extremely hard. But then again, I don't even have to argue... everyone thinks and thought you were braindead the second the mentioned "water purification" tablets, and that everyone had a stream or river to ride next to.

quotes Chances are there is water somewhere on your ride? Yea, being 99.999% of people ride next to lakes, streams, rivers, or ponds. Also, having water in your backpack makes your bike heavier because YOU are riding it. Your not saving any weight by having water in a backpack than you are having it on your frame. It's still on the damn pedals regardless. I swear, sometimes people don't think, and don't think that having water on their backpack means the complete package of you and the bike are heavier, than just having something on your bike. Remember, the weight is always on the wheels regardless, and regardless of how you think weight works.

quotes Mt.Hood I wasn't specifically talking about you. It was just in general. Even pro's in BMX throughout my time BMX racing had some "attitude". People get tired of the same old crap so they just mellow out and can be taken as an idiot. No harm no foul man.

quotes How does he act like a Jerk. Like I asked, have you EVER EVEN MET HIM? Don't base your like for someone off a video interview, or just seeing him at a race. Unless you have actually been out on the trail with him, or spoken to him off the mountain, say at a bar, etc, calling him a jerk just makes you look moronic. Also, you met him in oregon at a super d race? you mean you were on the sideline, or just bumped into him and said hey? Remember, he's not GWIN. He's much older, and has been around MTB, BMX, DH, etc etc for over 2 decades. He's just a mellow adult. Nothing about ego. I'm sure he's just as irritated with the little fad chasing emo tight pant's wearing I need my mommies nipple to get through life new age bikers. I'm wondering if he just refused to give you an autograph, so now your crying and calling him a jerk. Remember, Gwin is also around 20 years younger than Lopes.
